My 2nd benefit for Suratul Abasa is from ayat 13 and 14 where Allah says: "In records held in honor, exalted, purified". Ibn Katheers meaning says this Surah or admonition.both meanings are connected to each other. Actually, all of the Quran is in honored pages, meaning respected and revered. This reminds me that we need to treat the Quran with extra care, because it's the words of Allah and they are exalted and purified.
