Quran/Tafsir;Benefit #1

My benefit today was learning about the salaat. We should stand in prayer for half of the night, a little more, or a little less than half. I also learned that you should recite the Qur'an slowly so that you can contemplate and get a better understanding of the wording. I also learned that you should elongate the basmillahs and beautify the Qur'an with your voice. Also, the best time to go over Qur'an is at night.   Another thing I learned is that the revelation of the Qur'an would be so heavy in the wording that sometimes the Messenger of Allah (salla Allahu alaihi wa salaam) thought his soul would be taken, and just as heavy as it  is in this world it will be heavy on the Day of Judgement on the scales. I also learned how you should perform the Witr prayer.
