My benefit for today was how,there are two groups of jinns,and how they are belivers and disbelivers.And how(ahmed bin sulaiman an nijjad),said that he heard amash,ask a jinn what type of food did they like and the jinn replied rice.And how no one can escape allah from land or flight.
