Surah Nuh;Benefit #3

Today we read ayaats 21-24 of surah Nuh. From reading these four ayaats I learned that the people of Nuh's time kept ignoring him and his message. Instead of worshipping Allah ta'ala they disobeyed Him, opposed Him, and denied Him and followed children of the world. They plotted against one another into tricking them in believing in what they followed. They mislead a large amount of people due to the fact that the worship of idols continued throughout many generations. Because of this, Nuh supplicated against his people due to their rebellion, disbelief, and obstinacy. Allah responded to the supplication by drowning Nuh's nation because of their rejection.
