Surrah Nuh ayat 21-24 Benefit #3

My benefit form surrah Nuh ayat 21-24 is that I learned that the idols that were among the people of Nuh wound up among the Arabs afterwards. I learned that Wadd became the idol of the people of Kalb in the area of Dawmat Al-Jandal, Suwa` became the idol of the people of Hudhayl, Yaghuth became the idol of the people of Murad and the people of Bani Ghutayf , Ya`uq became the idol of the people of Hamdan, and Nasr became the idol of the people of Himyar. I also learned that when these men died, Shaytan inspired his Nuh's people to erect statues in honor of them at their gathering places where they used to come and sit. Another thing that I learned is that these statues were not worshiped until after those people (the ones who built them) had died. Then, those statues were later worshiped.
