Quran Tafsir Surah Nuh;Benefit #1

Today in class we went over the first four ayaats of Surah Nuh. From those four ayats I learned that Prophet Nuh,Noah, was sent only as a warner to the people of his time to warn them of the torment from Allah that would soon befall them. From reading I also learned that whatever Allah has commanded to happen cannot be prevented. Kepping family ties can also increase the lifespan of a person, as well as righteousness, and obediance to Allah. I also learned that if we have taqwa of Allah and abandon what He has forbidden upon us and do as we are commanded to do by Him, He will forgive us for our sins.
