My benefit is that a muslim should always make sure that he is making his Salat properly with tranquillity. And that a muslim should remember Allah at all times. Also that the Prophet said that one of the worst of people is the man with greedy impatience and unrestrained cowardice. Also that a muslim should always know that he can never escape or hide from Allah.
